Very comfy beds and terrific rooftop pool. Staff friendly and efficient. Sadly the second gym and pool are closed, it looks like indefinitely, and no room service available or easy dining options nearby, had to resort to Uber eats.

Absolute cleanliness to perfection. Wonderfull helpful staff, really friendly kind staff, could not fault the service, unfortunate there is no room service/food or drink offerings or this place would be best hotel in Auckland city easily! Outside the hotel is the sad state of the city, roads, pavements and general care of the area has been let go, sad state Auckland Council should be ashamed.

Location is great - close to a lot of activities in the Auckland city centre! I requested the Tower block for accommodation as it’s quieter that side but they ‘upgraded us’ to the hotel and it was very noisy most of the night and definitely in need of renovations!
