Hi John. I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. When talking to you both days I thought that you and your mother had enjoyed your stay even though I did put you in a studio rather than a twin studio, which I did apologise for the error which was all mine, but I did put another bed in for you and you seemed quite happy with this. I do hope that you come and stay again and have a better experience.
