The pillows on the bed were too thick (hard) - found out there were other pillows available in the cupboard upon checking out - perhaps staff could mention this on check in at the time - other than that - good stay

No internet reception and had to pay for hotel wifi. Phone reception was bad at times. Surcharge on eftpos transaction and surcharge for room service is not good. Fridge was inadequate. Microwave in room would be good.

Hello. We don't charge for internet wifi. We do advertise our surcharges for credit card purchases. Our fridges are Suite standard as we are not self-contained. Unfortunately we do not allow for microwaves in room as they can set off the fire alarms however we do reheat meals or bottles for all guests 24 hours. We also have a restaurant onsite 6 AM - 10 PM. The room size was amazing! Very spacious and comfortable, and excellent facility. Plenty of options to amuse the guests if required, and the food and eating options were excellent. Catered well for children and all ages. Ample on site parking options. All round great facility for accommodation and socialising. We would recommend to anyone who is looking for a high end stay in the Cleveland area.

The property was in extremely good and clean condition, considering the age of the building, it was perfect for the overnight stay and a reasonable price

The 2 cartons of milk in our fridge had been opened, one was half full. Our food ordered after the Hall of Fame show was nearly cold but breakfast was good.
