It was centrally located. Easy walk to the main beach And dining. Staff were very helpful. The only draw back was the payed parking on top of the accommodation fees. But that was across the board around Byron Bay. So all in all a good few days. 😁.

When we got to our room there was sand in our bed on the very first day, didn't think the bed sheets had been changed out, other guests are very noisy running through the halls at night yelling or talking loudly coming back from partying, staff are friendly and helpful

Dirty condom and cans under the bed, toilet paper in the bed. And couldn’t find a garbage shoot or bin. So we left a rubbish in boxes. Wouldn’t have even complained about this but I got charged a cleaning fee when clearly it wasn’t clean before us.

Vali seems geared towards younger people and backpackers which is fine - however there are certain things that come with that. There seemed to be a smell of vomit in the hallways at one stage and it is quite noisy till the early hours of the morning so can be difficulty if you are a light sleeper. Our room was great, good size and bed was comfy. The shower head was loose and needed fixing and the bathroom was quite tiny for what was a generous sized room. We were visiting Byron for a wedding so the place was perfect for our needs, very convenient in the heart of town. But my wife did struggle with the noise.

We booked the private room suite, and it was very clean and spacious. It had enough storage for two people, and the bathrooms were clean as well. We asked for a hairdryer to be added to the room, and the team was very accommodating. They offered a free boxing class for guests, which is great for boosting physical fitness. The staff and management team were amazing! They are easy to get along with and great to have a chat with. Special mention to Damien and Medard for making our stay an unforgettable experience.
