Due to the inability to secure parking for most of the guests, we decided to move to paid parking which is managed by Drivo to secure the spot in advance. We hope this step will have a positive impact on the experience, however, your feedback regarding the parking fee will be taken seriously to discuss further.

Annoyed at having to pay $20 for parking. We have stayed here many times and never had to pay extra for parking. We also asked for a late check out of 11 am. The best that could be done was 10:30 am.
