I’d give it a 10/10. From the beginning, the communication has been nothing but superb. They have a kind and efficient staff, amazing rates (the rooms are so fancy and clean!I was gladly surprised), great centric, albeit quiet location, impeccable rooms, eco soap and shampoo❤️, attention to detail. We chose this motel after reading the reviews and we were not dissapointed. Thank you David and staff! We’ll definitely see you again.

We arrived after 8pm, then followed the instructions for late arrivals, but no one answered. We had to stay elsewhere. It’s the next day and they still have not contacted us. We would at least expect a refund as they did not provide the service we expected or

Thank you for your feedback, we were unable to contact you as phone number supplied was incorrect, we had set up a lockbox despite guest not arranging for late arrival, At 11.31pm we received a call after 2 rings caller hung up( no message left, I reopened reception at 11.40pm , checked carpark and in the absence of anybody being onsite locked up again ( this can be verified by an in house guest) Refund has been declined on the basis that no effort was made to contact us before or after 8.00pm
