Thanks for review yes we have made an effort to keep the standards where we think they should be. Beds superking with sealy mattresses.

I booked through the website, I was immediately on my way to the place of stay to have the actual company call and say they had booked it out already. A really poor way to advertise and provide a service as clearly this would happen often if multiple places are booking a accomodation service. It left me in the lurch with no accomodation.

Another person booked the room the screen was populated your booking came in as unassigned in seekom. You clearly missed it by moments but the other person was booked first. This has not happened before but it did happen the person who booked first got the room. Sorry if this upsets you we have done the right thing. We even rang to advise you of this.

The lodging was very clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed the separate second bedroom for our daughter. And, the TV screens were great - we used the chromecast application and it worked great.

The room was really nice and had everything we needed. The shower and bed were both nice and large, and the kitchen great. The room was serviced too which we weren't expecting for a short stay. Owners were really helpful. The complex is not in the CBD which didn't matter as much as I initially thought as not too far to walk or bike. Would highly recommend
