Serviceable little holiday units within walking distance from Picton Station and the ferry terminal. Right in amongst the town centre so close to cafes and restaurants as well as the waterfront, gardens and playground. Tidy and clean, hosts were lovely and accommodating.

Very central in Picton, easy walk to pier for QC track boat departures. Lovely, clean comfortable room and small but perfectly adequate kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Close to everything we required and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had our own outside seating area which was a bonus. The unit provided everything we could possibly need except a washing machine but the laundromat was only 50m up the road.

Seriously if I ran a motel this is how I would do it. The property is filled with extra touches - from the lovely personal welcome from the owner to the Christmas decorations to the friendly dog ready for attention (but if you are not interested she will stay away) to the lovely welcome album about places to eat (with discounts). The kitchenette is filled with everything you might need. The bedroom and bathroom are fully equipped. LOVED IT.

Great place to stay. Very welcoming. Right in the centre of town. Stayed in the 2 bedroom unit (room 10) with a lovely little courtyard.
