Great stay at the Queenstown Park Botique Hotel. Location could not get any better. Room was clean, comfy bed, nice shower. Breakfast options were excellent and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting in Queenstown.

Wonderful experience and property conveniently located to downtown Queenstown. Breakfast was fabulous and we especially enjoyed evening cocktail hour and socializing with the other guests.

I don’t have anything but praise especially of the staff who were the most friendly, helpful and nicest people ever. My only issue which is not a criticism of the hotel at all is that for a skiing holiday we were in desperate need of a washing machine which the rooms don’t have. I would have really appreciate a gym in the hotel as well.

Fantastic Hotel! Staff are simply lovely. Julian made me feel so at ease when I first arrived with his remarkable hospitality! The breakfasts are delicious with a menu to choose from. The chef and his assistance were simply wonderful with preparing and serving your meals. Yes I highly recommend this marvelous hotel!

The staff were warm, friendly and fabulous. Bike hire was great however the bikes and helmets in need of a bit of attention. Most rooms look onto the road which was disappointing. Location was fine, parking great and drinks a kind gesture.
