Location was excellent especially for trolley bus and street car to Fisherman’s Wharf. Great spot close to terrific Moz’s cafe. Perhaps hotel room was a bit dated.

The location was perfect for us - direct BART from SF airport to Powell/Market station then 200m walk. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Nothing not to like. Will stay again.

The hotel was pleasant and in a great location. A little street noise coming up to the 4th floor and the air conditioner was pretty noisy. Apart from that the staff were very helpful and friendly.
