This property is a provider of emergency housing sponsored by the NZ government. This should have been clearly stated on your website when promoting this property. The property owners should not be allowed to mix emergency housing with accommodation for the general public and charge a very high nightly rate. We booked a 3 night stay costing NZD 1,500 but left after one night because of the highly unsatisfactory scenario. We would expect Wotif to refund us for the remaining two nights and to remove this property from your website.

Unfortunately, is this a different story as told onside.First you have booked a Family Apartment (One Bedroom Apartment) which reached us through Expedia.2.5 hours after arrival (1.30pm), we received your complaint about that you booked a quiet room and that you do not like to hear Children playing with their scooter on the driveway and you would have not booked if you knew we do accept children. These children were the neighboring apartments which has travelled to Tauranga for 5 nights to attend a tangi and our managers tamariki who live on side.Thank you again for your feedback Dominik Cobblestone Court Motel

Loved it, accommodating and helpful staff, easy location, nice rooms.
Only issue is the shower could probably do with an upgrade and we couldn't get YouTube to work on the smart tv but that wasn't a biggy.

The only thing we didn't like is that when we booked we said we would pay on arrival but they charged the credit card which was kind of annoying
