With 10 ground floor units, 9 units with a private spa bath and sky television, Ace Motor Lodge is the ace place to put your feet up while visiting New Zealand famous Rotorua. There are 5 studio units that can accommodate 2 persons, 4 one bedroom units that can accommodate from 2 to 6 persons and 1 suite that sleeps 3 persons. All units are serviced daily. - On Fenton Street - close to CBD. There is an abundance of Motel choices on Fenton Street so my advice is keep looking.
- No stove top cooking facilities in the room. Motel advertised that car parking is "off-street" - this is not so. Car parking is on streeT
