Each apartment has a new, modern bathroom, with infinity hot water, a new contemporary, fully equipped kitchen with a family sized lounge/dining area & Sky TV, opening to a small patio with outdoor seating.
Our Queen bed, Studio units on the main Paihia waterfront have stunning floor to ceiling views of the foreshore, across the bay to Russell and out towards some of the 144 islands that make up the bay. Each Studio unit has an ensuite bathroom with separate WC, a kitchenette, dining/lounge area or breakfast nook, Sky TV and a garden patio with cafe seating, right on the waterfront.

Paihia is the heart of the Bay of Islands - 144 of them; you must see some - either by water or by air, definately a must do!
Historic Russell is but a ferry ride away.
Waitangi - our birth place, and the centre for the cultural experience is close by.
Kerikeri, for fruit & produce from the farmers gate and wineries in abunance is a day excursion by itself.
