Ascot on Fenton is a superb example of a great property which is not just a Motel but an accommodation experience. We practice the art of old fashioned hospitality and treat all our guests as special people - not just as customers, and personally attend to all your travelling requirements. We are just 400 metres from the start of the City and a very short walk to shops, restaurants and all city centre attractions. We have 20 quality apartments designed with our guests' comfort and convenience in mind. Our complex enjoys a mix of apartment and suite configurations to suit all tastes and budgets,ranging from executive suites, studio apartments, and one bedroom & two bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to a maximum of 7 guests. All our ground floor apartments have their own private glass-covered, muraled courtyards directly off the bedroom with private sunken fresh water self-fill, spa pools. We have 3 x twin studio apartments that sleep up to 3 people and 3 x double studio apartments that are ideal for 1 or 2 people.
