Beetham Park Motel has 14 units, all on the groundfloor, facing north with parking outside your unit.
Located close to the CBD, Waikato stadium, Waterworld, River walk, racecourse, v8 track, and restaurants nearby.
We pride ourselves on our cleanliness - these are mostly studio type units with either california king beds or queen and wide singles. Ideal for up to four people, but five at a squeeze. As well we have a two-bedroomed apartment, which has a full kitchen, spacious lounge, comfortable furnishings.
All units are fitted with airconditioning which covers both the heat and the cooling. All have 42 inch tvs - we have over 50 sky digital channels and 2 dvd channels with a selection of DVD's to watch free of charge.
