Mona Vale Garden, Riccarton House, Christchurch Hospital, Westfield Shopping Centre. TAB, bars and restaurants are all next door. Close to University of Canterbury, WestpacTrust Centre and the Railway Station. Opposite the motel, there're some different tastes of restaurants: Indian, Thai, Chinse,etc.

Christchurch is known as the Garden City all around New Zealand and the world. This is the largest of all the South Island cities having a population in excess of 300,000. Situated at the confluence of the Heathcote and Avon rivers with a back-drop of the port hills, Christchurch is the hub of the South Island. Within walking distance is Jade Stadium, formerly known as Lancaster Park. Christchurch's Jade Stadium is one of New Zealand's leading outdoor sporting venues. The venue hosts international rugby and cricket matches that are broadcast to millions around the world. It also hosts many other first class soccer and rugby league matches.
