City Lights is a Boutique Lodge offering luxury Bed and Breakfast accomodation set in 2 acres of grounds half way up Mount Ngongotaha in the city of Rotorua. Opened in December 2008, we are a purpose built Luxury Boutique B&B offering 3 beautiful en-suite rooms with sumptuous linens and drapes. With just 3 rooms we can offer a top class service as well as privacy. We have fantastic facilities including a guest lounge with computer station including FREE wireless broadband internet, real fire and heat pump/air conditioner. We can offer plenty of off road parking for trailers, boats etc. Garage parking can be arranged with the management if preferred. All guest bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with amenities, tea/coffee making facility, bottled water, walled mounted LCD TV with Sky, wall mounted CD/Radio, hairdryer, local art on walls (some for sale), bathrobes, thermostatically controlled heaters, double glazed windows. We also have a separate 2 bedroom cottage, which is offered on a self catering basis.

- Was the view and the fresh tap water
- Total lack of interest poor welcome no instruction on equipment.
- Advertisement badly worded no mention that apart from main bed the others were BUNK Beds hardly suitable for a grown up to sleep on
I am so sorry that you weren't happy with your stay in our cottage. I can only apologise for the misunderstanding with the bunk beds. I have now made some amendments and it should be much clearer now - so thank you for enabling us to improve on this. I'm not sure what you mean about no instruction on equipment -my husband came to you 3 times to assist with the TV? All instruction manuals are in the cottage for the equipment provided. Sorry we didn't meet expectations on this occasion.
