- Great location
- The pool was cold and lacking in atmosphere, very plain and dated.
- Had a long wait at the font desk when checking in, but even worse when checking out. Two staff on, no queue but I was left waiting.

- Views, being on 7th floor, close to CBD, when parking was available by 7th floor entrance.
- Reception staff - most important role I would of thought but we hit a BAD day! no personality or pleasent welcome
- Love Vista cafe close by and wonderful walking around wharf area. Great brouchure rack at entrance of hotel, gave us wonderful ideas to fill our days
