- Warm (including heated bathroom floor), clean, and so close to everything.
- Wooden floors means hearing people walking in the hallway at night. The bed was HUGE but moved a bit too much when my partner did.
- The staff are friendly & helpful. The centre of Queenstown is just a minute walk away through a short garden path.

- Location vis'a'vis price, clean, modern, robust
- Internet system is a pain. Why not just make it a free or a flat daily fee for unlimited data download
- One more sachet of coffee in the room each day would be best - the plunger is too large for the little sachet provided.
Thank you for your review. Since your stay in November 2012 we have upgraded our internet to be a generous 100MB daily limit, larger data plans are available for sale if required. The free plunger coffee in the room comes with the plungers that are specifically designed for the plungers bags. If the directions for use of the plunger bags are followed it makes a lovely pot of coffee. I am not sure if these coffee plungers were in the rooms when you stayed as yes the old ones were too big! :)

- Location
- Wooden floor = noise, but does mean clean. Wasn't that bad at all.
- Very close to town, and botanic gardens, awesome spot.
