- It was so quiet at the hotel, I never seen anyone else in the hotel the whole time we were there, felt like we had the place to ourselves
- Promoted the restaurant (bailies) in the room compendium, would've been nice to put the menu in there to make room service easier to order
- Batteries in the TV remote were flat.

- lovely decor in rooms and beds comfortable, great heater.
- limited kitchenette facilities (eg microwave would have been good) and more plates and cutlery. room caters for 4 ppl but only enough for 2ppl.
