Dunedin Palms Motel has 26 new units varying from cosy well appointed studios to spacious one and two bedroom units. All studio units have kitchenettes, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle. All 1 and 2 bedroom units have flat screen TV in each bedroom and lounge,DVD, kitchen facilities,most with hobbs,all with micowave ovens, pots, toaster, kettle, with a 2 bedroom unit you have all of the above plus a dishwasher, and ceramic hobs. Why not try our Executive one bedroom units - relax on your own private balcony, enjoy a glass of wine or a beautiful cooked or continental breakfast while reading your complimentary newspaper. - Hosts were fantastic - even helped carry our bags to the room. Heaters were switched on when we arrived.
- Hosts let us park our car there while we wandered Dunedin the next day which was fantastic

- Lovely and new, clean, tidy and comfortable. Great location close to Octagon. Guy running it was very helpful.
- Only 1 small cushion on couch!
