- Amount of noise outside the room door 8.30am on a Sunday morning. Hoover, banging etc
yes the views are one of the best. Sorry about the noisse as the girls start at 9.00am and we will keep this in mind about the noise.

- Fab view of lake from 1st floor room through patio doors to shared balcony. Lg room & lg bathroom. Can walk to town lakeside & thro' gardens.
- Chilly bathroom. 10min walk to town, 15mins walk back, partially up a hill. It wasn't a problem though.
- 3 night stay. Very happy. This was the 1st of 4 Queenstown hotels used during 3 week trip. Very pleased.
we are close to the CBD and a great walk throught the gardens. Taken on board about the chilly bathroom.
