Thank you very much Christine for your superb review. The Motel had a change of ownership in August 2012, the Wi-Fi was upgraded, complementary mini continental breakfasts introduced, HD TV,s installed, and numerous minor improvements. An extensive upgrade has just been completed. Pleased you enjoyed here. Yes the location is outstanding, extremely convenient. Hope we see you again in the future.

- Heating in wardrobe - great for a traveller with coat etc to dry out
- Linen a little tired
Hi Kim, thanks for your review. Yes our Central Heating is Legendary, the Suites are always very warm. Our Linen is from a commercial supplier, we will look into the quality, which is very important to us. We own all the towels, which have just been replaced with higher quality. We hope to see you again. Thanks for choosing our Motel when in Dunedin.

- Unexpected free breakfast, Bruce was most helpful!
- Bed too low as I have had my hips replaced. Slippery shower floor.
- Quiet place. Lovely flowering pansies outside the door!
Thank you for your review. Sorry the Bed was a bit low for you. We will look into the slippery shower floor, may need a non slip Matt. Our complementary mini continental breakfasts certainly are popular, and a welcome unexpected surprise. Hope we see you again in the future.

Thank you for your nice comments. The complementary white or brown bread for toast and eggs is a long standing tradition at Farrys Motel. We have recently added free cereals also. Free wi-Fi, and laundry facilities for Guests. Hopefully you will stay again, and see the numerous upgrades just completed.
