If you are coming to Franz Josef to see the Glacier staying at Glacier Cottages is the perfect choice. Glacier Cottages is located on State Highway 6, 2.5km North of the Franz Josef Village. We have three new 2005 luxury two bedroom cottages. We are the only accommodation in Franz Josef with unspoilt views of the Glacier from every room! Satelite digital LCD TV. Trampoline and large lawn area for children to play. Picnic table and bbq provided. All units are serviced each day. Our Cottages have their own Balcony with outdoor furniture. Take a walk down to the river or have a BBQ on the lawn. Relax on your own deck and enjoy the views. Our cottage interiors are classic country design Jill Main designer bed throws and cushions. When you awake in the morning you may deceide that perhaps this is the day for a Quad bike / Argo adventure, Glacier walk, Heli Hike or a scenic flight we are happy to book your activities free of charge.
