- Broken fitting on spa bath, not removed/repaired for second day
- Really happy to stay again, love how the sun comes in

- Handy to Mt Smart sports stadium
- Next door neighbour kept me awake snoring and headboard hitting my wall.
- Good off street parking and accessible
