Modern and clean accommodation complex in the Nelson area All 48 units are double glazed, airconditioned, comfortable and spacious. We are opposite the Saxton Field sporting complex, close to lovely walks and reserves. There is a playground available at Saxton Field. We are located about half way between Stoke and Richmond (South of Nelson). Making us an ideal place to stay for easy access to Abel Tasman National Park, Golden Bay, Farewell Spit, Kayaking, Horse Treking, Glass blowing, Wineries, Pottery, Shopping.... We are also approx 10 minutes from the airport. This complex offers plenty of off street parking. Cooked or Continental Breakfast is available,for an additional charge. All units have tea/coffee making facilites and a fridge. There is a fully equiped communal kitchen on site for guest use.

- having seperate kitchen facilities so that you can cook breakfast away from the unit and use utensils etc that you need, and keep the unit tidy
- would benefit from having another tap instead of having to use the bathroom tap to get a drink ie filtered tap, otherwise a good place to stay
- Handy to place we were visiting in Richmond and friendly people who welcomed us

- Everything was in one room expect the Bathroom, not enough cups.It was a lodge so you have to share the kitchen
