THE PACIFIC APARTMENTS, newly built to superior quality are at the foot of Mount Maunganui. The 11 floor complex has been exclusively designed to provide a memorable experience for corporates and holidaymakers alike, in facilities and apartments
that successfully cater for up to 8 people.
The modern design features studios and 1 bedrooms with kitchenettes; to full kitchens in apartments from 1 to 4 bedrooms with fridge/freezers (ice-makers in the larger apartments). Our designer kitchens are also positioned to capture the views, with large/stoves/ovens ideal for entertaining, dishwashers and microwaves. There is a bathroom for every bedroom (ie 3 bedroom apartments, 3 bathrooms, etc) with quality European fittings and marble floors. Laundry facilities in all apartments. Secure underground parking with elevator access to all floors.
Stunning and memorable views can be enjoyed through the double-glazed, floor to ceiling windows from the 3rd floor to top floor penthouses to Main Beach,.....

Mount Maunganui enjoys a relatively temperate climate, making it a popular destination for both holidays and/or conferences.
Take a leisurely walk around the base of the famous dormant volcano, Mauao (in Maori, meaning caught by the dawn) known to the locals simply as "The Mount" where the harbour and ocean meet; watch out for penguins and dolphins which often make their presence known, and admire the many native birds - or for the slightly fitter, climb the 232 metres to the top of The Mount and enjoy the breathtaking views of the coastal islands and picturesque Tauranga Harbour.
There are 6 golf courses within a few minutes drive, each welcoming casual players.
Fishing charters leave daily from the wharf at Pilot Bay, offering either half or full-day trips. No minimum number required - bait and rods are available for hire. Bookings essential.
Ironman events, marathons, surf life-saving carnivals, beach volley-ball competitions, triathalons and jazz festivals are but some of the activities held regularly at Mount Maunganui.
There is also scuba diving, surfing, kayaking, skydiving from the local airport, paragliding from the top of The Mount, bike riding or simply picnicing on the beach.
Swim with the Dolphins Cruises depart daily, year-round (weather permitting).
Visit White Island, an active marine volcano off the Bay of Plenty coast. Trips arranged through our reception staff.
Visit the Classic Aircraft Museum on Jean Batten Drive, Tauranga Airport.
Shop for a variety of arts, gifts and clothing and enjoy great cuisine in one of the excellent cafes and restaurants that Mount Maunganui has to offer; relax in the soothing waters of The Mount Hot Pools; or simply indulge in the facilities at THE PACIFIC APARTMENTS.
World-renowned Rotorua, the heart of Maoridom with its geysers and boiling mud pools, is on our doorstep. Tours arranged. Alterantively, the drive to Rotorua from Mount Maunganui (SH33) takes approximately one hour with the recommended return drive through some of the Bay of Plenty's magnificent lakes and bush scenery (SH30); back to the coast again and along the Pacific Highway (SH29), past kiwifruit and avocado orchards to Te Puke and Mount Maunganui.
