Guildford road cottage is approximately 100 years old set on the boarder of Surrey and Hampshire with Guildford road cottage is approximately 100 year old, set on the border of Hampshire and Surrey with 1349 hectares of heathland with gently rolling hills on the doorstep. The cottage itself boasts a log burner, perfect for cosy nights in.

With two double rooms its perfect for couples, families and friends alike wanting a home from home stay.

Just across the way is a traditional pub hosting local music, a banjo night and on Thursdays a delicious stone baked pizza company cooks up an Italian storm.

The house itself is roughly 5 mins walk from Ash train station, making it perfect for exploring or commuting. The property is located on the Guildford road, which is a main road into Guildford and can get busy at times.
