Do not believe the photos. We booked a double room for five nights as pictured and advertised (we thought), however the room we were allocated on arrival was ridiculously tiny. One double bed was wedged into three walls, meaning one person had to climb over the other to get out or in, there was one bedside table, absolutely no floor space so nowhere to put even a back pack let alone the two suitcases we had! When we complained we were told "not all rooms are pictured on the website," and "we should have booked a bigger room!" They have a cheek advertising this as a double room, it is not even suitable for one person with a suitcase! We were stuck, so upgraded (at our own cost) to a larger room. Our upgraded room was marginally better however, still quite small....there was no fridge, nowhere to hang your wet towels, the tea & coffee amenities were replenished haphazardly, or not at all. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, which is excellent, but would never stay there again.

Comfortable and spacious lobby. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast staff were excellent, breakfast selection was delicious, and very nice to have eggs freshly cooked for us. Nicest hotel breakfast experience in a long time! Rooms are small and sound from hallway travels, but they’re nicely decorated and clean. It’s odd there was no shower door and this part of the bathroom was open to the bedroom. Something to be aware of it travelling with s friend rather than partner! Overall great value for money in an excellent area.

I have stayed here before 2 yrs ago. It was a catastrophe for the money I paid. A room that I had to crawl UP a huge double bed to get into, lighting was non-existent and I don't think the bathroom tiles have seen a mop for a LONG time!!
