While the hot water stopped working on our second night (not the hotels fault and obviously not an everyday occurance!) and still wasn’t able to be repaired by the next morning, when we decided to move hotels they took very good care of us in terms of refunds and being understanding of us needing to move with two small children. The rooms were clean, had air conditioning and beds very comfortable. Without the inconvenience of the hot water we would have happily stayed for the 3 nights. Thanks Motel 6!

A Good Stay for the Price
For what I paid for, this was a good stay. It's not a bright and shiny new hotel, but everything in my room worked and was clean. It was a decent walk to and from Disneyland. Liked the free tea in the lobby (, but wish there was free water as well. But overall a good stay.

Motel 3 maybe but definitely not a 6.
Don't get a downstairs room or you will never get any sleep! I asked for upstairs but was told all they had was 1st floor. For a motel 6 its ok, the property is big and the rooms are hard to find. The rooms are older but remodeled. Only one ice machine out of 4 or 5 worked. Laundry is 10 dollars a load! The TV remote buttons were broken except for power and volume...and it was covered in something sticky that took 15 minutes to get off. The towels and linens were old, worn, stained and COVERED in long black hairs! Nothing like going to dry your face in a towel full of maid hair! Rough. I had to clean the floors several times so my feet weren't black from walking on it and the bathroom tiles were filthy and scummy, especially the corners. The sink wouldn't drain properly and the fridge barely kept all my food cold so i had to throw it out the second day. I mean this is all basic, easy stuff that the maintenance and maid staff should be handling and maintaining daily. I know its just a motel 6 but are basic and advertised amenities to much to ask for? I guess so... If you are planning a disney trip and wanna save money and your kids aren't gonna be playing on the floor or spending much time in the room at all then maybe it would be an option. Depending on it being the cheapest option around, that is. Just be sure to bring the disinfectant spray cause the maids dont have any and change the brown blankets to new clean ones cause the maids sure aren't.

It was fine. I'll stay again.
The front desk staff was great!! The first room I was given had some problems so they quickly gave me a different room. I liked the proximity to Disneyland, easy access to freeway, parking, and the coffee & tea offered in the lobby. It was a basic room with basic amenities. Clean enough. I could have used warmer bed covers as I couldn't get the heater to work and there was no hot water(only luke warm) the first night. Luckily the next two nights there was hot water. For the price and location I'll try and stay again.

We arrived last than an hour after check-in began for the day. When I asked for a room near the lobby, the staff checking me in gave me an upstairs room, that wasn't even over the lobby, even though she claimed it was, and didn't give me a map, so I took her at her word. Fine, whatever, gotta fill all the rooms. The tub in our room kept spontaneously leaking without anyone being in the bathroom. The walls were SO thin, that I really got no quality sleep during our 3 night stay. There was no freezer compartment in our fridge, and feel like we should have been warned about that, in the way we were warned in advance that there are no microwaves in the room, only in the lobby. The queen beds in our room only came with 2 pillows each, and they were on the thin side, and for a family of 4, we struggled to get comfortable. The walk to the parks is about a 15-minute brisk walk, and is basically a straight-shot there. But getting in and out of the building was tricky, as there were no automatic doors in the lobby, and maneuvering a packed double stroller presented a challenge when I was the only adult coming/going.
