Dear Kathleen, thank you for your feedback and once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately in Samoa we experience many power outages causing havoc with our equipment hotel expense every year. You arrived during an outage and fortunately we were able to have services up before nightfall. These outages cause spikes in the power affecting our equipment. For this very reason we had to replace your refrigerator. Your room was the only room that was affected at the time. For guest safety and in accordance with recommended operation, once we move a refrigerator, it is our practice to keep the fridges unplugged until the chemicals within settle thus the reason you found the fridge unplugged when you entered your room at that time. Yes, because of our full house, our pool was used from morning to night and we closed the pool to correct it's PH balance so that our guests would not become ill. The hotel was able to offer gluten free meals, however, you are correct in that the gluten free bread was not available until the bakery made time to make them special at our request for you and your family. Believe you met our Manager when you first arrived and she spoke to you before leaving and she apologised as well as agreed to a peace offering to make amends. During your stay our manager reminded our team daily to make sure your were taken care of. Our sincere apologies if we failed to deliver.
