"One of the best"
My wife and I had two nights in Auckland and loved our stay in this hotel. We regularly stay in Auckland and have tried many of the hotels in the CBD and found Stamford Plaza to be the best Hotel we have tried. Location was perfect, staff were great and room was spotless. Very difficult to fault.

"Relaxing Gettaway"
Fantastic experience! We drove down from Hamilton and were very impressed with what we experienced... friendly staff, clean rooms, fantastic food and 24hr tea and coffee (with milk ALWAYS readily available!). It was impeccable. The captain was also friendly and informative and let us look at controls and things for the boat. The only thing was waking up at 7am for breakfast but this was well worth it as the view from the boat at that time was amazing so it didn't bother me that much. Overall, we highly recommend.

"All about revenue not about service."
Could only book for 2 nights even tho only wanted 1. Checked out after 1 night and was still made to pay extra for parking despite paying $200+ for a night we didn't stay. Poor service ethic!
