A pleasant stay in a conveniently located property. A problem with accessing Internet as part of the booking was quickly sorted out by the front desk, which was just as well as the daily rate was quite high otherwise.
"Great Hotel with easy access to the Aotea Centre "
Enjoyed the stay, great hotel, close access to the Aotea Centre and nice clean facilities. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Good walking distance to the waterfront and central city restaurants. Only issue we had the noise of sirens in the night. Hotel is near the police station.
Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were in good condition and very clean, location is very central and easy to get around the city and they were accommodating for specific needs, such as a late check out option.
We stayed here when we went to an event at the Aotea Centre so the location was fabulous for that. Parking outside when we arrived was a little bit of an issue as a bus had taken up most of the hotel parking.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The bed wasn't very uncomfortable but I do realise that the preference of the hardness of a bed is a personal thing
Despite this, I would stay here again
On a peninsula overlooking scenic Waitemata Harbour, Auckland CBD is not only the country’s major business centre, but plays host to a concentration of artistic and cultural venues in addition to nightlife precincts. In more recent years, much of the waterfront has been reclaimed for high-end residential apartments, trendy cafes and bars, marinas, and public recreational use.
