Very relaxing stay after a stressful time. Room service Breakfast was delicious. Only downside was the water in the shower was just a trickle and i spoke with reception on Saturday about this and they said it would be fixed however it was not. Hard to get shampoo out of your hair!! All in all though very relaxing and excellent service.

Always enjoy staying at The Pullman. Always great service. One issue this time: I had multiple cards that didn't let me into the residence entrance to The Pullman.

Staff at the Pullman were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was a bother for them, which was a nice change from other hotels we had stayed at. Close to everything, although you do have to walk up and down the hill to get into the city or down to the Viaduct area so if you have difficulty walking this can be an issue. Property probably needs a bit of a refresh but otherwise great.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The windows outside were dirty but i understand thats something that cant be clean very easily.

It is difficult to understand how this hotel can be rated 5 Star! It was very clean and tidy and the facilities were acceptable. We only stayed one night and were disappointed with the "discussions" we had to have on check out. The two of us did not accept the "package" offered with breakfasts. We ordered one breakfast but found we had been charged for two - as there were two people in the room! This was disappointing when our one breakfast had arrived with one cup and saucer and no other indication that it was meant for two people.
