Staff were young, happy and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fresh, good coffee.
Pool area has very limited shade, step ladder from pool is rusty and unstable. Wooden decking is needing repair (dried split wood with broken sections) Pool had scum a nbd mould around entire edge of pool.
Shower pressure in my room was weak and intermittent and water pressure was weak. Mould around seal of basin and bench.
Nightly music entertainment with no one in the bar other than staff was loud and unwanted.
I would not recommend this hotel to families, people wanting to relax in or around a pool or those looking for a restful and peaceful hotel.

Lovely hotel,great service.Close to ocean and cafes and restaurants. If anything can be a little noisy but hey its Bali.

Lovely staff, super super helpful and friendly. Beautiful clean room and the artwork is super cool !
Lovely pool and Amazing cocktails with excellent happy hours. a great range of delicious cocktails. Entertainment most nights if you wanted to stay in ! ... Ahhh and the ARTOTEL beach club (5 mins down the road) was absolutely incredible they offer free drop off and there’s great discounts on food and beverages for ARTOTEL guests. We loved the beach club great pool bar and beach gazebos ! super attentive and friendly staff WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE !
I had also bad experience day 2, nothing to do with the hotel at all (a money changer down the road ripped me off) I told the ARTOTEL staff they immediately came with me to help and got my money back for me. They were so kind and helpful in sorting it for me was so so grateful. 10/10 !

Very modern with lovely rooftop pool. Not much room to sit around it though. Great staff. Music playing most of the day and can get a little loud at the downstairs bar. Just ask them to turn it down. I had to turn my tv up to hear over the music blasting on the street. I think that speaker out there isn’t required to bring patrons in. Just gives it a young party feel. Again just tell them if too loud. Gets a good rating from me because of the facilities, staff and breakfast was great. I don’t eat meat or dairy but still had plenty of choice. Would recommend this place if staying in a Sanur. Short walk to beach also and lots of cafes and restaurants around too.

Nice hotel.
Stayed in a Studio 55 room. Nice room with a very luxurious bathroom.
Hotel was very well looked after and is very funky styling.
Rooms were quiet at night, even though the hotel was near a busy area. Room had a small balcony.
