I've travelled to Bali many times and have accepted the somewhat slow service as many know BUT this place the staff are amazing had problems with wi-fi fixed straight away had another small issue Maintenace came straight away checking out and in took minutes this is a very well-oiled organization the other great thing here is the dining breakfast lunch dinner all very well priced and excellent food as there is no other real options outside of resort this is your only option but a good option, if you like surfing this is a must visit

The pool in the picture is tiny and was full of screaming kids. You couldn’t swim in the beach. If you don’t surf it was extremely boring as you need to leave hotel for experience s or par ridiculous prices. I did not enjoy my stay the room was boxy and out the back of lobby. I had nothing to do other than sit by the busy pool. Won’t be back 100%

Health and relaxation a big focus, with the ability to engage in exercise and yoga if you choose to. A fantastic combination. Staff service totally amazing!

Very relaxing, chilled, quiet. A quiet part of the island, no traffic, hassles, noise. Great amenities for relaxation, well being, surfing and fitness. A great place to be healthy and /or really unwind.

Great location for a holiday in an idyllic setting. Facilities are fantastic and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There is opportunity to be active or just chill out. Left feeling very relaxed.

Great place to unwind, loved yoga and fitness classes. Relaxing by the pool. Truly wonderful time. The sound of waves during yoga classes was amazing. Look forward to another visit. Perfect staff was helpful. Rooms clean and bed really comfortable. Have a beer with the locals. Watch the surfers

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
