Did not enjoy being woken almost every night around mid-night by very loud fireworks exploding outside the hotel grounds, and also loud-speakers blaring on the beach at 6:00am. Hotel staff were all very friendly, especially at the Laguna Pool bar and the breakfast buffet. Used the hotel taxi service once and paid 5 times as much as calling a Grab for the same trip.
