Close to beach and plenty of entertainment nearby

Pros: All the staff were very friendly and helpful,
Cons: the only thing they need are larger cups in the rooms for tea and coffee
Staying in a pool villa made the holiday more relaxing

Absolutely Average

Pros: The Pool Proximity to the beach
Cons: Customer service Quality of food Price of food and beverage
It is a 3 star hotel and if I hadn't got a cheap price I would feel a little worse, the location is close to the beach but there are a lot of hotels with this boast. The first hotel I have stayed at, in Bali, where the staff were disinterested in any sort of service and quite literally did the bare minimum, the pool staff were very difficult to attract attention from and the prices in the resort were very expensive compared to 1. the street and 2. Other hotels in the same area. The food in the restaurant was poor quality and overpriced, the hotel facilities were ok but no more. If you get a cheap price then this hotel is right on the beach, we would not return, didn't feel like we received value for money or valued customers and would not return again.

Nice pool, but wouldn't stay again.

Pros: Pool and check in staff.
Cons: Rooms need an update and to be properly cleaned. Need margarine or butter in sachets at breakfast. Rates need to be lowered (too high for low quality)
Location: Clothes markets and convenience store nearby and hotel is on the beach.
Staff were nice on check-in and the pool facilities were great, but these were our only positives. * Bed was hard and there was a blood stain on my pillow * Very dusty behind bedside table where I went to plug in my phone charger *In Room Dining staff member asked to add my friend to Instagram when he delivered pizza, she accepted out of politeness then he proceeded to ask her out online and question her when she didn't reply * We weren't seated at breakfast (found our own table) and there was no butter (except the butter swimming in water) * I got Bali Belly and I only ate at the hotel and only drank bottled water (Bali was a 24hr stop over) * The area of Legian was quite dirty and rough (similar to Gold Coast but not as clean) It was not the cheapest hotel. Disappointing.

Nice hotel made even better with dedicated staff

This was our second stay at the Legian beach hotel and I've never had any complaints. The hotels facilities are great but it's the staff that really make the experience. They'll go out of there way to help visitors and are always friendly.

Legian beach Bali

Pros: We like the Bali feel about the hotel. The staff are all dressed with the same Bali uniform. The rooms capture the same colours and feel.
Location: Across the footpath to Legian beach with a great view all the way to Kuta and beyond.
The Legian Beach Hotel is a well established hotel. It has old an style Bali feel about it. Quiet beach front view with plenty of shade and comfortable seating. The pools are well maintained. The included breakfast is worth having. Overall a great Bali experience.

Septemer Getaway

Pros: Adults pool and Teppanyaki dinner!
Location: Across the road from the beach. Easy walk to Kuta or Seminyak. Lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from.
Perfect for a child free holiday! First time we've stayed at the Legian Beach Hotel (have been 3 times before) and were really happy with the facilities and amenities. Would recommend for anyone looking for a resort on the beach at Legian. Lovely staff who couldn't help enough. Will definately be back - maybe next time with the rest of the family.

Really nice hotel right near the beach (mostly for sunset drinks rather than swimming) and positioned in an area that's not too hectic but also close to Kuta and Seminyek. Great staff, great breakfast and good rooms. Garden view rooms are a walk across the carpark to get to the pool but i could put up with this. Villa rooms were closer. Established gardens and two nice pools.

Great adult pool area

Can't fault the pool areas but rooms very old and musty, paid $300 extra for a balcony which was on ground floor and had no lighting and lots of mozzies. In the rooms they have really cheaped out on quality of coffee and teabags and no conditioner etc. Breakfast was good but I would say three of the stars for this hotel is the beach and pool area.
