Our second stay at Maya Ubud. Beautiful villa. Grounds are stunning and excellent facilities. Only issue was that did not service our Villa on our second day. We will return!!

Absolutely beautiful peaceful place. The surroundings and staff were amazing. For anyone that’s wants to be out of the huddle and bussel, I fully recommend this place. Although you are only 10min from Ubud Centre it makes it all the better. Thankyou for everything up you do. The staff go above and beyond. Very friendly and helpful.

Amazing quiet retreat

Maya is a lovely quiet resort out of town (Ubud), shuttle bus is good for trips into the Ubud town centre. Didn’t get to experience the ‘Spa’, went for a look but was turned away because I had my 11 year old son with me, thought this was a bit odd, have had him in massage etc in Thailand with no problems. Only allowed to use one pool but it was beautiful. Food was very expensive at the resort for what it was, as was alcohol, it’s better to go to Ubud to eat and drink. The jungle gardens in the resort are magnificent, a truely relaxed natural environment.

Very enjoyable and restful stay

Pros: I loved the food and the pool down by the spa. The spa experience was also excelltny
Cons: Bills were had to read as font was tiny. Night lighting should be better
Location: Monkey forest was excellent as was the cooking course at Canting Cooking school
We had a fantastic time at the Maya Resort. The staff were constantly helpful and very organised. The food was excellent and the facilities were excellent. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for some luxury, good food and the best swimming pool I have ever had the pleasure of relaxing in.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff

Maya Ubud was just amazing, from initial looks, picturesque and even better than the website photos right through to the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel and suites to the food, not to mention the friendly staff. When I return to Bali I will most definitely stay here again. The perfect place to relax.

Renovations + Closures

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
