Peaceful and spacious
Pros:It felt like we were the only people in the hotel but I knew it was almost booked out. We only saw other people when we went to breakfast.
Cons:Provide milk in the room for the tea and coffee free of charge
Location:Lovely rice paddy walks, yoga and all of Ubud shopping only 15 minutes drive.

Seclusion with all the comforts
Pros:Responsive staff
Cons:Additional channels which covered Australian sport (but that is purely because we are from Australia)
Location:15 mins by hotel shuttle into Ubud centre, (1.5 hr turn around) so make sure you have your incidentals with you unless you want to traipse into town
We had 4 nights here.... 2 in a pool villa. Excellent facilities and the staff were always a jump ahead, which is rare in Bali. . On one occasion we forgot to mention having the salad dressing aside from the meal, yet the staff remembered. Only a small detail, but at the top level, this is what stands out.

Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date.
