Quiet except the music in the Mexican restaurant under my room. Not good especially when I need to sleep early for very early pick up. Also the toilet near the pool is not obvious and needs deep cleaning

This is a good property to stay at as it is central for shopping and dining.
Only disappointed was with breakfast as it starts a 9am, I prefer to have it early and if you have to get ready early for a pick up for a day trip you miss out on breakfast

Great spot always have a couple of night there when travel to Bali staff are just lovely and only to happy to help⭐️Awesome breakfast downstairs and the beds are extremely comfortable ⭐️

Fabulous boutique hotel fabulously located

Location:Location is great. It’s on what’s called ‘Eat Street’, the best restaurants and night life. The beach is excellent and only a short walk away.
Bali has been our preferred holiday destination for the last ten years. We choose to stay in June to coincide with our wedding anniversary. We have stayed at the 5 star Padma Hotel, Legian on 4 occasions. A luxury villa off Double Six, Legian on 3 occasions, a 4 star time share Hotel at Nusa Dua on 1 occasion, and Kutaville Resort, Seminyak on one occasion. It was fate that we stayed at Kutaville Resort in 2017 because management asked if would mind relocating at no cost to us for 2 nights to the Seminyak Square Hotel. We agreed and in checking in were blown away. It was that good. This year (2018) we stayed at the Seminyak Square Hotel for 22 nights and we’re so pleased we did, so much so we are in the process of booking a room for the whole of June 2019. In our opinion, Seminyak Square Hotel is the best kept secret in Bali. Also, we suggest you add breakfast to your booking at the hotel restaurant. It too is excellent and so cheap. We love it and we’re sure you will too..

Great location. Lovely staff
We booked one night here as it was cheap but close to the hotel we were staying at for the rest of the trip. It’s not somewhere I would normally stay but absolutely met the needs for our purpose. Highly recommend for travellers who don’t want to pay high prices for luxury hotels but still want cleanliness and great location. You are definitely paying for a great location here, breakfast was great and as always in Bali the staff were amazing.

Location:Close to all the best eateries in Seminyak.
Enjoyed most of our stay here. Staff are all pleasant and obliging.
Biggest bug bear was that management wasn't prepared to stop people (mostly guys) milling around in the swimming pool drinking beer (glass in a swimming pool is an absolute No No) and even eating in the pool. This basically happened on a daily basis and these people just hogged the pool and that meant no one could actually use the pool for what it's meant for SWIMMING. This needs to be addressed and stopped and until it is I'm afraid I have to say that I would not stay there again - this is a pity as it is a nice position and a nice hotel.
