Friendly Staff and Clean Place.

Our overall experience was excellent. The staff there have excellent customer interaction skills. The place is clean and located conveniently. The only hiccup was that the second room that we stayed in was not noise proof enough. This might have been due to the fact that there was a door (door was closed and locked) to the adjacent room. We would stay in the hotel again. May be a different room, though. :P

Very impressive and good value for money!

Staff were very professional and friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. My only suggest for improving the overall experience would be to revamp the breakfast buffey as I found it to be quite ordinary compared with what Indonesia has on offer food wise.

clean hotel- good location

Pros: Cleanliness, location.
Cons: Timings of the swimming pool- not allowed to use after 7pm
Very clean rooms. Located at walking distance to many restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful.

Moldy smelly room.

We had a nice view of a pile of rubbish burning outside our window and the smoke filled hotel over night. Was a bit of a nightmare. The staff were friendly enough and faculties were good.

Beautiful

Cons: when the room is serviced daily, please replace or clean cups/plates & supply toilet paper if running out. We had to ask twice for more toilet paper.
Location: Close to a lot of activities and town / eateries
Very friendly & clean. Defiantly a 5 star experience and close to town.

Excellent location in for every ,restaurant, shopp

Beautiful environment with lots of choices Welcome drink and got a dinner voucher for two on arrival. Chinese dance was great and staffs are awesome.will be back.
