We booked room for 6hrs to take rest and we have reached hotel an hour early. Reception people told room is not ready till 2pm and waited in lobby at 2pm again we asked they told making sofa bed ready and allocated room after 2:30. Room is very dirty and smell can’t breathe for an hour and also that sofa bed is terrible which they spent 30mins to make it ready. Also while check out called reception for help to get luggage out and no one even care or turn up. Our cab driver is ready so we pursued carry luggage from long way to lobby and then they have started asking fill some paper work for early checkout. This process took another 10mins and had very terrible experience with this hotel and I never suggest or stay any time in this.

Comfortable bed, room, friendly staff. Floor was not that clean. Especially bathroom floor when we were there. But other than that. All good.

Handy location, lovely staff
We have stayed in the Swiss-Bel at Sanur before, this was our first time at the Tuban location. A very easy to find location and just a bit quieter, away from the main street areas and hassle.
Absolutely go and visit Warung Pappy's 2 doors down if you love Indian food. Omigosh, it was incredible! And such good value.
Warung Kotobuki around the corner also fabulous, and there's an ATM nearby and Circle K, Cocomart etc. all in easy strolling distance.
Breakfast at the hotel is magnificent, something for everyone.
A 10-minute walk to Jalan Kartika Plaza and plenty of shopping and dining etc, but please go to Sari Jody Shop and Salon. Fixed price clothes shopping and a salon at the back for your massages, pedicure, manicure, braiding and more. They are a gorgeous family and beautifully honest, traditional Balinese and the best prices around.

Hotel is not in a good area
Pros:I loved the pool , but I didn’t like the location of the hotel, it was very close to everything , but also very far at the sametime
Location:It was behind everythung, in order to get to the Main Street, you had to go through an unsafe alleyway. Discovery mall, Starbucks, And shopping stalls
The hotel is behind everything, not in a good area, breakfast was not good as in not many options . The pool was gorgeous . Staff were friendly. Rooms were alright, but not amazing. And wifi was very problematic. Staff were friendly sometimes, but also could be rude and pushy.

Money stolen
Pros:New , comfortable and staff very nice
Location:A little bit back from the general hub but taxi and a short stroll is all it takes to get any where. Be very careful for bag snatchers on the street
Beautiful new hotel , house keeping left balcony door unlocked 2 days in a row and i had $700 _ $800 stolen. I take responsability for not using the safe an expensive lesson.

Nice hotel but small inefficiencies
Lights in room flickering off due to faulty room card actuator. Fridge wasnt working, poor noise dampening from room above:( food and staff excellent

Excellent hotel - definitely recomended
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We requested a room with a balcony and queen bed and the room we got was just what we asked for! The room was very clean and modern. My boyfriend is Indonesian and in the past some hotels have been disrespectful to him, but the Swiss Bell-hotel treatment him just as nice as any other guest. Lovely hotel

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
