Special thanks to waitress Novita and housekeeper Putra for all of their hard work during our stay. Our stay at the Kana was absolutely bliss. Nice sized pool, with poolside dining and drinks available. Staff always keen to help wherever possible. Free bottled water supplied on daily room clean. Bonus of cheap buffet breakfast add on which was worth the extra cost. Only downside was that the bathroom tap was too close to the basin edge so went all over the bench but that’s very minuscule

Terrible hotel! Beware of fake reviews!!
This was genuinely one of my worst stays. I trusted the reviews and the 9.2 rating and boy was I wrong to do that. Location - this hotel is NOT in the prime part of Kuta. It’s secluded and there is nothing happening within walking distance. There is a sad dominoes and kfc about 10 min walk away. All other fun stuff in Kuta (including Kartika plaza) requires a taxi ride. Air con - we complained about this and after leaving it on for the whole night, it still count cool down the room. Condition - the hotel rooms are in terrible shape and a lot of wear and tear. Bathroom - gross, way too small, no door so whole bathroom gets wet every time someone showers, terrible ventilation and super smelly. Tv - super small and not a smart tv Hotel amenities - terrible stench of stale coffee in the lift. Didn’t go away for the 3 days we were there. No cleaning of the lift done throughout our stay. Pillows - stench of stale sweat. Cldnt sleep on it due to the smell. In conclusion, there is NOTHING EXCEPTIONAL about this hotel. If you don’t trust me, take a look at the pics I have uploaded and decide for yourself if you want to subject yourself to a stay in this place. For the price paid, in my opinion, there are far far better hotels to book.

Very quiet, has a restaurant inside the hotel. 10 minutes walk to the shopping place and 15 minutes to the beach. Domino’s pizza and KFC is just one block away. Easy access to motor bikes.
