The stay was Anvaya exceeded my expectations. The place was calm and quiet and the staff's hospitality was impeccable! The breakfast buffet is out of this world!! Anvaya will remain at the top of my list and would strongly recommend it to anyone off to Bali.

Beautiful hotel and room, great pools, friendly staff and excellent location (10mins from airport). Only issue I faced was check-in was at 3pm, but we had to wait a full hour and only got access to our room at 4pm due to housekeeping issues. Hotel did not offer any make-up for this. I would think this is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel, and we paid for the premium room. Heck, I have been to 3-star hotels that could provide early check ins. However, the staff was very apologetic and genuine. Overall though, still a fantastic stay and I would still recommend. Please just ensure that your guests can check in on time. That’s the minimum expectation of a 5 star hotel.
