The staff were beautiful and very friendly. I felt very welcomed. The rooms are old, we had an issue with air conditioner not working and some power points. It was a great location close to everything you need.

Hotel was in a great location, very friendly and helpful staff, a couple of small issues with our room that were sorted out quickly, a lot of construction was going on at the time but hardly affected our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location
Pros:Amazing view and great beach
Cons:Should have a pool bar
Glasses on balcony need to be fixed or changed.

We had a pool access room which was fantastic. Excellent location. Fresh clean towels and bedding daily. Staff were a bit slack though if we were needing anything. We asked them to own our safe for us as it was locked upon arrival. Asked several times and it never got opened.
Would go back again, however.

Not a nice hotel
I’m very disappointed with hotel, we arrived at the hotel at 2pm and the room wasn’t ready, we had to wait extra 20 minutes in the hot weather outside with two children, as they didn’t have aircon waiting reception, and when we got the room, it was very dirty, the floors still dusty and toilet haven’t been flashed and bathroom rusty and the bar fridge door not cleaned, the internet was very bad, I asked the staff do many times to fix it, but they didn’t, we did spend 5 days earlier in another hotel called Sol House and it was great. Also the breakfast area wasn’t aircon, so we needed to seat outside humid which very hard to eat in with two small children, and the breakfast area toilet were dirty and smelly. Overall it really disappointing for me and my family.

Terrible Hotel
Pros:Nothing accept the staff
Cons:knock it down and rebuild it. Remove the Wynhdam brand name, it tarnishes their brand.
Location:opposite the beach, very close to beach walk mall and some good restaurants such as Fat Chow
The hotel description and pictures are nothing like the reality of the property.
First room allocated was 1403, the room stunk of mould and sewrage and the hotel was aware of it becuase they had attempted to spray the room before arrival. The staff where lovely and moved me to room 1408, the maintainance of the room was disappointing to say the least, air con didnt work properly, gaps in the sliding door allowing noise from the main street, tv reception was like something from the 1950s, old run down bathroom, major construction site at the back of the hotel which will take years to complete as they are building a new hotel there and its only at digging stage.
Breakfast was bland and tasteless, pool was small and had glass windows on the bottom so people in the restaurant can see you swimming.... tacky..
asked for a second key only to be told i would have to leave a deposit ! really ?? never in my life has a hotel asked for a deposit for a second key..
Staff are lovely, helpful and very friendly but Im sorry the hotel is terrible.

Nice hotel, very central.
Staff are absolutely amazing and so polite. Hotel is so central and you can access everything by just asking the front desk. Highly recommend.
