The bed was so hard, I hardly got any sleep. Room was on busy noisy street. Bathroom is tiny. Took a shower and water goes every where. Trash all over hallways near elevator.

I think this is what you get for this price. My bed sheet and blanket looked like it haven’t been clean and I had to requested to change for it. They don’t have 24 hrs Front service if you need to leave before 7am make sure you inform before that.

Best room for the price I’ve stayed in
For the price I paid this hotel was cleaner and more modern than any I have stayed in. I intend to stay here again when I am in the area. Staff are helpful and know English. Security outside also helpful and the free parking for my local campanion was useful. Not far to walk to the central plaza and big C supermarket in Bang Na. balcony view was terrible though as neighbourhood is old

Very Comfortable Place and Good Value for Money
CS Residence. This was chosen due to its very close proximity to Central Plaza Bangna where I had some upcoming functions. I decided to book just one day on a trial basis but the fact that I ended booking for a further 6 nights tells its own story. I really liked the place. It was good value for money. Of course it's not the Hilton but it delivered "just like it says on the tin". It felt very safe. We were issued Smart cards which gave access to the Lifts and room. The air conditioned Rooms were sparsely decorated but spacious and beds were comfortable with good duvets. The neighbourhood was more sedate and an escape from the chaotic concrete jungle of inner city Bangkok. I got to view some greenery from my balcony. Although that meant you were miles away from the happening areas of Bangkok but the solution was a 10-15 minute cab ride to Udom Suk which was the nearest BTS station and that got you easily into central Bangkok. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.

due to former reviews we had low expectations but as it turned out the CS Residence Hotel is actually pretty good and we enjoyed our stay there. The price is very good too. It's clean in pretty good conditions.
