The reception staff ok, but The Night Manager was terrible on my check in evening, The food was very average and the staff was below average in this area and the exec lounge, have stayed many times but will not stay again, and the executive lounge is laughable and not even close to 4 star, I rate Furama is 2.5 STAR maximum, room key didn't work twice this visit, it happens every time I stay there very old now needs major renovations carpets dirty.

NEeds a decent refresh - very old and worn, yes rooms are big YOU CAN NOT OPEN ANY WINDOWS OR BALCONY DOORS - for some crazy reason all the windows and doors to the balcony have been securely locked - so don't expect fresh air - this is crazy

Good central location

Pros: Very large room and great location to markets.
Cons: Fan in the bathroom
Location: Lots of markets around and took tooks to get you where you need to go. Lots of western style shopping centres and franchises.
Hotel was nice and the room we had was larger than I expected. We had 1 single and 1 king bed. The cleaners cept it well maintained. The lobby were always very helpful and tey woul get metered taxis to pull up at the front door.

Pool boy is so rude

The pool boy is so rude to me. He treated white people with respect.. This euro guy return thr wet towel to the pool boy & he took it off him. When i do the same....he made me walk 50m where the bar is and made me signee out...Always take long time for sauna towels too....they wont let u use room towels and when u ask for sauna towels...at one stage I waited for 15 mins in the small sauna room.

Excellent location

Pros: Location, rates, spacious room, nice revamped bathrooms
Cons: Nothing in this price bracket
Location: Near to good restaurants, money changer, market, shops, park etc.
Returned again for overnight stay. Close to everything, lovely staff who upgraded us on check in, rooms not bad, great budget place to stay esp with kids. Rooftop pool a hit.
