Great Hotel & Excellent Value!
My husband and I stayed here in January and we were very happy! We chose the largest suite available because we were working every day on our laptops. I searched high and low online, and can honestly say for the dates we needed, this was by far the best value for the square footage of the space we required! And, because just next door a brand new condominium and hotel have been built, you're literally a few steps away from luxury dining, including a grocery store, cafes, coffee shops, hair salon and more. I think this hotel is actually a hidden gem. Because if you're staying long term and require extra space, maybe even to cook yourself breakfast or if you've got kids and need the flexibility of having a kitchen too, etc, then this place is great! Also the staff were fab. Front counter, housekeeping, and especially one of the guys who works the front... he would grab us a taxi, open the doors, etc. Very kind and fun guy. The hotel is a short walk to the BTS, and if you're in need of the famous Starbucks, there's one a few minutes on the way to the BTS, along with a Taco Bell even. LOL. A couple stops on the Bangkok Sky Tramway and you're at Siam Paragon. Boom! (Oh, and if you're coming the opposite direction on the other one, you can walk through the hotel opposite. Google Maps doesn't show it as a walking option, it's it's 100% good and safe too!) I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when in Bangkok next.

Pool has numerous large areas of tiles missing...requiring maintenance. The business centre was closed. The 12th & 27th floor were under maintenance construction...noisy at times, but hours limited 10am - 4pm. Breakfast is at a sister hotel....not great food. Being handed a "coupon" for breakfast was actually an act of "billing" to your room.If in fact you decided NOT to attend the sister hotel for breakfast, but walked onto another cafe... not until check out would you become aware of having been billed . The hotel site advertises a restaurant...when actually it is closed . The booking site says to email hotel directly for any special requirements...hotel does not respond to emails ! Staff, generally were very nice. Two staff were open to being as helpful as possible to clear up misunderstanding re: breakfast billing and also the lack of a business centre...allowing the use of front office computer. Security was also attentive re: gaining a taxi or getting across busy roads, as was concierge helpful and engaging with maps etc. I wouldn't stay there again due to the false image the hotel gives through their advertising images. Even the hotels Welcome on the television is advertising a restaurant , business centre and luxurious pool area....false.
