Not the friendly welcome that we were hoping for. I was told to park “anywhere “ and ended up on the street which was not satisfactory but what else could we do. The room was clean and tidy which was good. At checkout once again the staff member was not friendly, a quick “ safe travels” would have been nice.

Asked for a ground floor accommodation. Was told there is a lift to go to the upper floor and there was none on the side where we had the room.

We were locked out of our room on the second day without any warning because apparently they wanted the final nights payment. Then we were locked out again at 7am on our final morning. No reason this time. Poor communication and aggressive staff. It left a bad taste.

Walking distance to town so lots of options for meals. There are plenty of off street parking. Pool was a hit! Air con was a godsend. Comfortable beds. Separate toilet and bathroom was great.

Convenient quite location to town centre & restaurants. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great buffet breakfasts with an awesome bay view

We had a front room with a balcony. Great view over the Bay to Russell saw some Orca.!!!!! Self service so did not need restaurant. Very close to the Ferries, shops and walks. We have stayed here before and would come again.
