Check out was disappointing. Office was closed with a sign saying opens at 9am. Didnt have time to wait around till then. Had to leave the key in the room

However, it is our normal practice to expect guests to leave their key in the room and shut the door behind them, but we'll add your feedback to our improvement plan. Only there for a night so didn't use any of the amenities. If we had been there longer they would have been ample for our needs. There was dust and dead insects behind bathroom door and toilet seat in need of replacement. Not a lot of room around the bed especially as i was in a sling from shoulder surgery.

We booked a deluxe 2 bedroom unit and from the photos we had seen, we were expecting a room overlooking the pool. We were put into another 2 bedroom unit which was certainly not deluxe. We felt shut out from the rest of the motel as there was a large wall and gate between our unit and the pool. We had to ask for toilet paper and wine glasses.
